When is Rusty’s launching?
We have not announced a launch date yet. Join the Launch List and we’ll let you know when bookings are ready to open.
Where will trailer collection be?
Collection is planned near Cross Hands, South Wales. The exact secure collection location will be confirmed before launch.
Will short hires be available?
Yes. We plan to offer hires from as little as 2 hours, subject to final launch availability and terms.
How will self-service collection work?
The planned process is to book online, then collect securely yourself without waiting at a traditional hire desk. Full collection instructions will be provided when the service launches.
Will I need to verify before hiring?
Yes. A quick first-time verification will be required before your first hire. Detailed verification steps will be explained when bookings go live.
What trailer types are planned?
A caged utility trailer and an enclosed box trailer are planned. Final models and specifications will be confirmed before launch.
